Care Advantage
Care Advantage is a psychometric screening tool (behavioural suitability) for the Care Sector.
Care Advantage enables organisationsorganizations to cost-effectively assess job applicants for their Job Fit, Personality Profile and to flag risks related to counter-productive work behaviours (such as Hostility, Dependability and Integrity).
It is specifically targeted for the pre-employment assessment of frontline care applicants through to supervisory roles. It compares job applicants against a benchmark of high performers in the same type of role to find right-fit employees.
How Care Advantage integrates with PageUp
The Care Advantage assessments are fully integrated with PageUp:
- Invite job applicants to complete the assessments via PageUp
- Upon completion of the assessments, results are instantaneously available from within PageUp
This full integration also comes with a stand-alone Care Advantage assessment platform. This platform can be used on its own for assessment requirements outside of PageUp, for example, to assess current employees or volunteers or for developmental purposes.
