Eric Lochner

CEO

Eric is a seasoned management executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in cloud-based software and technology-enabled services. He has a proven track record of driving growth and leading high-performing teams in the SaaS and human capital management sectors. As the President and CEO of Stova, Eric led the executive team and served on the board of directors, helping the company navigate significant growth in the industry. Prior to Stova, he was President and CEO of Steele Compliance Solutions, where he built one of the most respected compliance organizations in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space. Under his leadership, Steele achieved a successful exit to Diligent.

Earlier in his career, Eric served as President and CEO of Achievers, a leading human capital management software company. He leveraged his deep expertise in technology and human resources to drive long-term customer value, ultimately leading to a successful exit to Blackhawk Network.

Eric’s career also includes a pivotal role as President of the SaaS division at Kenexa, a human capital management firm acquired by IBM in 2012. Additionally, he contributed to the growth of CareerBuilder.com, where he led the company’s marketing efforts, expanding its brand presence and market share.

Eric holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from John Carroll University.
