NEW YORK, TUESDAY 21 JULY, 2020Saint Luke’s Health System has engaged Clinch, a PageUp company, to provide recruitment marketing solutions including a new career site for their Missouri-based award-winning health care system.

The appointment will enable Saint Luke’s Health System to enhance their recruitment marketing activities with Clinch’s streamlined, automated solution, allowing for increased effectiveness, and improved quality of hires. 

Saint Luke’s Health System has had to scale up its workforces in its 18 hospitals and campuses, home care and hospice, behavioural health care, dozens of physician practices, and life care senior living community across the Kansas City region during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Saint Luke’s Health System has engaged Clinch to help meet both immediate hiring demands and to help future-proof its recruitment process. Clinch’s solution will allow Saint Luke’s Health System to attract new talent at scale, have powerful management dashboards, and reporting while delivering an exceptional candidate experience for all prospective job seekers.

Clinch’s leading recruitment marketing software has been integrated with Saint Luke’s Health System’s existing HCM platform, and will empower the organisation with:

  • A dynamic, personalised career site for optimal conversion of the right candidates
  • A recruitment marketing platform to enhance the capabilities of the existing team
  • Customised apply processes for harder to fill senior roles
