What wasn’t working
The University of Central Florida is a public research university in Orlando with nearly 70,000 students and 12,000 employees. Competing with big name local employers like Disney and Universal Studios (who often offer higher salaries) means effective recruitment marketing is critical.
During COVID, UCF made major changes to its talent acquisition approach. But the transition revealed critical gaps in their recruitment marketing:

The turning point
